A Village Reset is a few hours, weekly or biweekly, of thoughtful support in your home.
We focus on the everyday things that naturally build up including laundry, tidying, light organizing, and bringing spaces back to a calm, manageable state.
Each visit starts with a baseline reset including laundry in progress, kitchen and main spaces brought back to clean and clear. Our resetters then shift to whatever will make the biggest difference that day.

Each visit is focused on the areas that make the biggest difference day-to-day.
We don’t expect to get through everything every time. We start with a baseline reset and work through what matters most in the time we have.
Laundry — washed, dried, folded, and put away based on your preferences
Kitchen reset — dishes, counters, stovetop, and sink brought back to clean and clear
Living spaces — toys returned, surfaces cleared, blankets straightened
Bedrooms — beds made, floors cleared, and items returned to their places
Kids’ rooms — toys put away, clothes folded, and spaces made manageable again
Light organizing maintenance — keeping your existing systems working and easy to maintain
Noticing — we flag anything that may need attention and connect with you on next steps
Each reset is a little different, and we prioritize based on your home and what will have the biggest impact that day.

Not exactly.
We’re not a deep cleaning service. A reset focuses on the everyday upkeep of your home - laundry, tidying, light cleaning, and helping spaces feel calm and manageable again.
Deep cleaning like scrubbing floors, bathrooms, or moving furniture isn’t part of a reset. Larger organizing projects can be scheduled separately.
Over time, your resetter learns your home - where things go, how you like things done, and what matters most - so each visit becomes more efficient and tailored to you.
-
You’ll be paired with a primary Village Resetter who gets to know your home over time.
Every resetter is carefully selected and trained in how we care for homes with attention to detail, consistency, and respect.
We also keep a detailed home profile and cross-train our team, so if a backup is ever needed, your home is still cared for by someone who understands it.

We offer weekly and bi-weekly resets and hold a consistent spot for you.
Before each visit, you can share anything specific you’d like us to focus on, or we’ll take the lead based on your home and priorities.

Not at all.
Each visit starts with a baseline reset. Think laundry in progress, kitchen and main spaces brought back to clean and clear, and the home feeling put back together. From there, we focus on the areas that will have the highest impact or that we know matter most in your home.
If there’s something specific you’d like us to prioritize, just let us know. It helps us make the most of our time.
